CDHTI Venture Capital Co., Ltd. was established in May 2004; the registered capital is RMB 1 00,000,000 Yuan; it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengdu Hi-tech Investment Group Co., Ltd. The company exploits the government resource and its advantages to the full and provides small and medium-sized technology-based enterprise with such services as equity investment, consultation, strategy development and equity management. In 2007, the company became the first venture capital institution in Chengdu and the first batch of venture capital institution recognized by venture capital guidance funds of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
