Ms. Drucker, one of Peter and Doris Drucker’s four children, is the founder and CEO of Start-Up Strategies, a San Francisco consultancy. Ms. Drucker is also an attorney who has focused her practice in the areas of real-estate tax planning and financing, as well as other business and commercial transactions. She has specialized, in particular, on structuring and implementing complex 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
