Chandra Kholia is the Co-Founder of Chalk Digital. Babak started his career as a technical recruiter and later branched out to all functional areas of HR when he got his first taste of start-ups. Babak held multiple HR leadership positions at various software and technology companies, including Phoenix Technologies (acquired by private equity firm in 2010), MySQL (acquired by Sun Microsystems for $1B in 2008), Taleo Corporation (successful IPO in 2005), Zambeel and QRS Corporation (now Inovis).
