CHARLES ("CHARLIE") MOORE is a Partner of Trilantic North America and member of the Investment Committees of Fund V North America and TEP. His primary focus is on investments in the consumer sector. Charlie joined Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking (LBMB) in 2008 and was concurrently a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers. Charlie has led Trilantic North America’s investments in SRAM LLC, Fortitech, Inc., Implus Corporation and Nixon, Inc. Charlie is currently a director of Nixon, Inc. and SRAM LLC and was previously Chairman of Implus Corporation and a director of Fortitech, Inc. and Traeger Pellet Grills LLC. He is also a member of the Board of Visitors of Stanford Law School and the Board of Directors of Technoserve, Inc., the international development organization. Prior to joining LBMB, Charlie worked at The Carlyle Group, where he was a Managing Director in Carlyle’s middle market buyout and growth equity fund.
