Charles H. Morgan

Charlie Morgan is a Vice President in our Investment Banking Group. In addition to providing M&A advisory and capital-raising services to clients, he also provides deal analysis for our debt and equity investments. Before joining Iroquois, Mr. Morgan worked in J.P.Morgan’s Financial Sponsor Group in New York, advising large private equity firms. He began his career in J.P.Morgan’s Mid-Corporate Banking Group in New York. Mr. Morgan graduated with distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Junior Advisory Board at the W.O. Smith Music School. He holds his Series 7, Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.
