Charles serves as President of Mars Services, and oversees the customer experience across all of Mars Services’ underlying businesses. Charles launched Mars Carpet Cleaning in 2011, and has since grown it into Mars Services, a one-stop services provider for its customers. Charles started working as a carpet cleaner in the multi-family industry in 1999, and has since worked at several companies, absorbing the knowledge and learning how to provide a market-leading customer experience. Charles has furthered his knowledge by taking courses through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) to be certified as a CCT (Carpet Cleaning Technician) CRT (Color Repair Technician), RRT (Carpet Repair & Reinstallation Technician), RCT (Rug Cleaning Technician), UFT (Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician) and WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician).
