Charles Shufeldt

Mr. Shufeldt is a Senior Advisor to Brown Brothers Harriman & Co (BBH). He started his career in 1976 at BBH in New York, moving to Atlanta in 1984 where he joined the predecessor of SunTrust Bank to start a corporate finance business for the bank. Over the course of his 23 year career at SunTrust, Mr. Shufeldt held senior positions in corporate banking, capital markets, and investment banking. In 2003, he became Corporate EVP and head of the Corporate and Investment Banking line of business including corporate banking, investment banking, debt and equity capital. Mr. Shufeldt has served as Chairman of the District Committee 7 of the NASD and the ABA Securities Association. He currently serves on the board of Frapag USA, a privately held real estate development company. Mr. Shufeldt is also on the board of Long Lines LLC, a BBH portfolio company.
