Charlie Glass

Charlie joined ACT on a full-time basis in 2002 having previously acted as an interim executive in several ACT backed companies. He brings considerable experience in general management, operations and finance across a number of industries. Charlie serves on the boards of several ACT companies including Cappella, DirectSki and Vigitek. Background Prior to joining ACT, Charlie worked for over 10 years as an interim executive within a number of private and venture backed companies in Ireland, usually in the role of acting CFO in turnaround, restructuring and refinancing situations. Prior to this, Charlie was the CFO for Barlo Group PLC which he took through an IPO on the London and Dublin Stock Exchanges. Prior to Barlo Group, Charlie was the Group Financial Accountant of Waterford Foods having joined them from Ernst & Young. Professional Education Charlie graduated from University College Dublin (UCD) with a degree in Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant.
