About
Charlie joined Gobi in 2004. He is based in Shanghai, and is responsible for all related legal aspects of the firm’s investments. Charlie is a qualified accountant and has gained tremendous hands-on experience in management, financial, and legal issues faced by early stage companies. Prior to joining Gobi, Charlie worked at the Zhejiang branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China where he was responsible for personal loans and mortgages, providing financial consultations to clients. Charlie received his B.A. in Banking from Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics. He is also a certified lawyer and accountant in China. In his leisure time, Charlie enjoys playing chess, table tennis, and badminton.
