(“CII”, a subsidiary of the M & G Chemicals). CHEMTEX Global Corporation does not have financial or legal relationships with CII and its other entities, M&G Chemicals and other M&G entities. By taking over the “technology and engineering business” from CII, CGC retains Chemtex culture and inherits over 70 years of global experience in providing world-class technologies for intermediate chemicals, polymers and gas processing. Coupled with our expertise in providing technologies suitable for local markets, they provide state-of-the-art design packages, high-quality equipment, and technical services that enhance the project economics based on the local environment.
