The Cherub Fund was formed in 2013 in order to grow the startup community in Kentucky. The fund is comprised of entrepreneurs, angel investors and supporters of entrepreneurs. Most of the Cherub Fund investors are entrepreneurs or have been entrepreneurs at one time. They know what it's like to get started and want to make the deal as friendly and beneficial to the entrepreneur as possible. The fund makes 6 investments each year. From the date that a company applies, the Cherub Fund only takes 2-3 weeks to make the final decision on an investment.
