As president, Cheryl was instrumental in the development of Conduit’s services including Access Center, Nurse Access and Readmissions Mitigation. Cheryl previously served as System VP, Access for Mercy Health, where she was responsible for emergency services, strategic access planning, execution and operational leadership for patient/consumer access gateways in the Mercy Health system. Cheryl has held various nursing and leadership roles in her career, including nurse management, critical care education, nurse recruitment, spiritual care leadership, patient experience and organization development. As a leader in patient access, Cheryl has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Emergency Services (HMA) and Southern Division Vice President of Culture and Learning (Catholic Health Partners).
