Mr. Davis has over 13 years of professional experience in the investment banking, private equity and venture capital industries. He began his career as a systems analyst in the Zurich and Singapore offices of Credit Suisse First Boston working on the development, implementation and maintenance of global accounting, credit risk management and trade settlement information systems. Mr. Davis then transitioned into a financial advisory roll serving in the High Yield Origination Group of TD Securities’ New York office where he worked on various leveraged finance transactions in the energy, auto parts, media and paper sectors. Since March 2003, Mr. Davis has worked in the private equity and venture capital operations of the Gefinor Group. Mr. Davis received his MBA in the Financial Engineering track of the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T. and Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Information Systems from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada.
