Chris Fleming

Chris Fleming is a Consultant - Run-off Book Director at Cardif Pinnacle. Chris previously worked at Catalina Re as a Group Chief Financial Officer. Chris graduated from the University of Manchester in 1993 and joined KPMG Peat Marwick in Manchester, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1996. In 1997 he transferred from KPMG in Manchester to KPMG in Bermuda, where he specialised in the audit of reinsurance companies. He joined Overseas Partners Re Ltd from KPMG Bermuda in June 1999 where he was Chief Accounting Officer and a member of the senior management team that completed the successful run-off of Overseas Partners Re, returning over $1 billion to shareholders over a four year period. Chris joined Catalina in June 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
