Chris brings more than 15 years technology sector M&A experience to Results International. He joined the firm in May 2014 from KPMG Corporate Finance where he headed up the Technology M&A practice. Before KPMG he spent the previous eleven years advising high-growth and large-cap technology companies on mergers and acquisitions, public and private fund-raisings and strategic options at Arma Partners and JPMorgan. During his career, Chris has worked on more than 50, primarily cross-border, transactions involving organisations from across Europe, North America and Asia as well as Australia and South Africa. Chris' most recent transactions include the minority investment in Zinc Ahead by Accel-KKR, Pushbutton's sale to Amazon.com, and the disposal of Irdeto's billing software business to Hansen. After completing a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Oxford, Chris was the Research Assistant for a Member of Parliament between 1996 and 1998. As well as working
