Chris is a founding member of Computershare Limited (established in 1978) and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 1990. Chris’ extensive knowledge of the securities industry and its user requirements from both a national and international perspective, coupled with his passion and long term strategic vision, have been instrumental in developing Computershare into a global company that is unique in its provision of a full range of solutions to meet the needs of listed companies and their stakeholders. Chris became the Computershare Group's Executive Chairman in November 2006 and relinquished his executive responsibilities in September 2010. Chris was last re-elected in 2012, but retains the role of Non-Executive Chairman. Chris now brings his extensive experience guiding Computershare to the board of Smart Parking.
