Mr. Temple has served as a director of our general partner since May 2009. Mr. Temple is President of DelTex Capital LLC, a private investment firm, and chairman of Brawler Industries, LLC, a Midland, Texas based distributor of engineered plastics used in the exploration and production of oil and gas.
