Chris leads the Corporate Finance business and has over 18 years of industry experience, including extensive Private Equity, turnaround, restructuring, M&A and equity and debt capital markets transactions. Chris has been involved with a broad range clients and transactions having recently been involved with the investment and turnaround initiatives made by private equity firms notably the acquisitions of GE Consumer finance business (2015, $8.2bn), Boart Longyear (2014, US$352m), Billabong (2013, US$495m), I-Med (2012, A$1bn) and Channel 9 (2013, A$3.4bn). Chris previously worked in investment banking for J.P. Morgan and UBS in London, Singapore and Sydney.
