Christian Janson-Euterneck co-founded ViewPoint Capital Partners in 2000 and is based in the Frankfurt office. He has gained more than 15 years of business experience in the technology investment industry, in investment banking, and in the IT consulting industry. Since ViewPoint’s foundation, he has worked as a Managing Director and has played a leading role in defining the firm’s specific investment strategy and its proprietary deal-flow generation process. He has led the investments in mental images (acquired by Nvidia Corp), RedDot Solutions (acquired by Hummingbird/Opentext), arcplan, Interactive Objects, Crytek and acrolinx, and was actively involved in the buy-out of Fernbach Software. Prior to ViewPoint, he worked in Equity Research Departments of Merrill Lynch and UBS in Germany focusing on small and medium sized IT hard- and software companies.
