Christian Kotscher founded MetroTech to change how traffic information is measured. Through this innovative work, MetroTech will help communities manage their transportation system and improve the way the world drives. His work in intelligent transportation and traffic information systems technologies spans 15 years: he created the first Smarter Cities Strategy at IBM and headed IBM’s Intelligent Transportation Solutions practice. In that role, he acted as liaison to the Intelligent Transportation Systems of America Trade Organization, the US Department of Transportation and various lobbying groups.
