Christian Louis-Victor was the creator and CEO of the European Company of Guarantees Real Estate - CEGI. After the merger with SACCEF (Caisse d'Epargne Group) and the acquisition of SOCAMAB, it became the European Company of Guarantees and Guarantees, one of the French leaders of the Guarantee Insurance to companies and individuals subscribers of real estate loans. It is now a subsidiary of Natixis, Groupe BPCE.
