Christian Mariager joined L Catterton Europe in 2016 as an Operating Partner. He began his career in 1988 with McKinsey & Company where he stayed until 2012. As a partner and senior partner, he served a broad range of consumer focused clients, including PE firms, on a wide range of topics, including strategy, organization, operations, sales/marketing, transformation/turn around and M&A. While at McKinsey, he held a number of leadership positions including Head of the Foreign Affiliated Company Practice in Tokyo, Leader of the Firms Copenhagen Office, Co-leader of the European FMCG practice and Leader of the Consumer Practice in New York.
