Christopher Baxter is the Senior Vice President of Hospitality at Lightstone. He is responsible for supervising hospitality development from the initial due diligence to a successful hotel opening. Prior to joining Lightstone, Mr. Baxter was a Senior Vice President responsible for program and project management services for Faithful+Gould, a leading global project management consultancy. With twenty years of experience, Mr. Baxter has held key roles on numerous landmark projects and multi-project programs in New York. Mr. Baxter has worked with the majority of major hotel flags and a significant cross section of hospitality owners in the United States. Most recently, Mr. Baxter was responsible for the development of the former Metlife Clocktower at Madison Square Park in New York City to an Edition brand hotel, the lifestyle brand hotel conceived by Ian Schrager in partnership with Marriott.
