Christopher Ladd is the CEO of Epoch Health and the Managing Director at NewRoad Capital Partners. Prior to joining Epoch Health and NewRoad Capital Partners, he was part of Walmart’s Corporate Development and Strategy teams, focusing on e-commerce acquisitions, launching Walmart’s Care Clinics, and leading a Walmart-backed investment fund. Before Walmart, he was an Associate at TPG Capital and KSL Capital. Mr. Ladd holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.
