Over the past decade, my work has focused on helping ambitious startups and global enterprises tackle one of the hardest challenges in business: building the right teams and systems at the moments that matter most. That journey has spanned seed-stage companies and complex corporates across tech, consumer, private equity, energy, and healthcare. This included serving as a partner and executive hiring lead inside a fast-growing AI business that scaled 5× in a single year, from $20m to $125m ARR, and reached a $2bn valuation.
