Cindy Naegel

About

Cindy Naegel was born in Belgium but left her country at the age of 3 when her father was sent to Argentina as Plant Manager for a big company. She grew up in Spanish speaking countries (Argentina, Mexico and Spain) but also lived in the UK and Switzerland. As a daughter of Expats, she went to the French education system, which was followed by a Hospitality Management School in Montreux, Switzerland. She then returned to Belgium at the age of 20 and started a Sales and Marketing career in the hotel industry (Holiday Inn and Sheraton hotels). She continued her education in evening courses to support her professional life progression outside of the hotel and tourism industry. Cindy started to build her investment portfolio in a very traditional way: by purchasing real estate properties that she manages herself from A to Z: refurbishing, rental, tenant’s relations, etc.
