Claire Rafson

About

Claire is an investor based out of Eniac’s New York office. She’s passionate about democratizing access to capital, making essential services like fintech and health care more accessible, and embedding ESG (environmental, social, and governance) principles into companies. Claire majored in history and Native American studies at Dartmouth. She joined Bain & Co. as an intern before eventually becoming a Senior Associate Consultant. Most recently, she was an ESG and Impact extern at Silver Lake Partners, where she worked to build out the firm’s ESG, DE&I (diversity, equity, and inclusion) and social impact strategies, both for itself and its portfolio.
