Clara Yee

Clara Yee is Vice President of Finance at Accel-KKR. Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Clara worked at a Bay Area consulting firm providing accounting and financial services to venture capital and private equity firms. Clara has also worked as an accounting manager at Mattson Technology, a semi-conductor equipment company. Earlier in her career, she was with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor. Clara is a licensed certified public accountant and holds a MS degree in taxation from Golden Gate University and a BS degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting from San Jose State University. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
