Clark H. I. Khayat is Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and a member of Key’s Executive Leadership Team and Executive Council. In that role, he also oversees Corporate Development and Performance Management. Khayat focuses on identifying growth and new business initiatives; overseeing Key’s strategic planning and performance management processes; and developing opportunities to drive efficiency and improve productivity.
