Clive Mayhew

Clive Mayhew (Chairman) holds an M.B.A. and a Masters of Wellness from the University of Melbourne. He was previously the principal investor and Chairman of Sky Software, Australasia's leading provider of cloud-based student management and online accounting solutions. Sky Software sold to Tribal Group in 2014 for approximately A$23m. Clive was also the founder of Netscape Australasia and led CDNow, the largest e-commerce store before Amazon in the early 2000s. Clive has a passion for health and wellness, which led him to invest in Orchard Street and found the international Yoga Aid Foundation.
