Conlay was incorporated as a private limited company in the year 1998 as Conlay Construction Sdn Bhd. As a relatively young organisation, Conlay has gained solid foundation in the field of construction and provided the company an opportunity to venture into the field of property development. Having accomplished an array of challenging projects in a mere 14 - year period, Conlay demonstrated its competency in the field of property development. As such, Conlay is venturing into the field of property development to create a better future for all. In the near future, Conlay has approximately RM 2 billion worth of gross development value (GDV).
