Constantine Elefter

About

Prior to joining NEP in 2015, Constantine was a senior associate in the Boston office of Morgenthaler Private Equity, a middle market private equity firm focused on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and build-up investments. At Morgenthaler he evaluated, executed, and managed investments in the manufacturing and business services sectors. Constantine also worked for CapitalWorks, a Cleveland-based lower middle market private equity firm. Constantine began his career at Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities) in New York as an investment banking analyst in the industrial growth and services group, where he was involved in numerous M&A and capital markets transactions.
