Cornelius Tuayan Keagon, professionally known by his nickname Senator, is a Liberian investment banker and philanthropist who is most notable for establishing the Liberian humanitarian organization Arts & Positivity in July 2019, where he provides charitable aid through local and international donations. Originally from Nimba County, he is also known for his creative writings and artworks. Keagon attended Stella Maris Polytechnic University in Monrovia from Sep 2017 to Aug 2021. Keagon founded Arts & Positivity in 2019 as a humanitarian and arts organization serving Nimba County alone, but due to the poor conditions of most residents in Montserrado County, Liberia's most populated County, Keagon changed the service of the organization to cover all of Liberia. With only fifteen members at the launch, the organization has significantly grown to over one hundred individuals who work as volunteers.
