Cynthia Deysher

Cynthia is the President of Deysher Advisory Services, an advisory and investment practice providing consulting to early stage companies as well as residential construction projects. Cynthia serves on several boards, including Bentley College, Empirix Corporation and Emerson Hospital Health Care Foundation. She is the Co-Chair of the Council of Parishes. Cynthia serves on several committees and councils at the University of Rhode Island, including the President’s Council. Cynthia served as the vice president of operations and chief financial officer for ArrowPoint Communications from December 1997 to January 2001. Cynthia headed ArrowPoint's financial, business planning, manufacturing and information systems organizations. ArrowPoint had a successful initial public offering (IPO) in March 2000 and was subsequently acquired by Cisco Systems in June 2000.
