It aims to acquire stakes of around 3 to 7 M € in French SMEs, whose turnover is generally between 10 and 100 M €. The firm invests in a logic of development capital, by preserving the shareholders and the management team in place or alongside a managerial team financially involved in transmission operation. It also acts as a minority or majority shareholder in companies facing complex situations.
