Dan has spent his career delivering growth at every stage of an organization’s life cycle – from start-up to public company. Dan has an extensive background in digital transformation through strategy, brand development, customer experience optimization, service design, and performance marketing. He joined Plated in November 2017 as Chief Marketing Officer, where he leads all of the Company’s go-to-market activities and expansion into retail channels. Dan oversees brand strategy, consumer insights, media investment, content development & optimization, data-driven performance marketing, marketing technology, customer loyalty, and public relations. From 2012 to 2017, Dan served as Managing Director of Marketing Innovation at R/GA, where he led teams responsible for growing clients' businesses through digital go-to-market strategies, data-driven customer acquisition, and new revenue stream development. His clients have included Apple, Google, Amazon, Home Depot, Honda, American Airlines
