Dan is a partner at Tercera. He and Tercera’s founder, Chris Barbin, have worked together for the better part of 20 years at four different companies, including nearly eight years at Appirio. At Appirio, Dan managed corporate development and legal, through seven acquisitions, five rounds of financing, and expansion into several international markets. He also is advisor to and/or Board member of several companies, including technology consultancies and a tequila distiller.
