Dan has over 20 years of consumer and technology investing and operating experience and is currently Managing Partner of Stripes Group, a New York based Private Equity firm. Stripes Group makes $10 to $100 million minority or majority investments in rapidly growing and profitable internet, software, technology-enabled and branded consumer businesses. Prior to joining Stripes Group in early 2008, Dan spent 11 years in a variety of Strategic Planning, M&A/Investment/Board Advisory, Operational and Start-Up roles across IAC/InterActiveCorp (”IAC”-NASDAQ:IACI). Dan’s experience in assembling, acquiring, building and operating within IAC’s diverse asset base contributed to his broad understanding of multiple consumer sectors. During Dan’s time at IAC, it grew to a market capitalization in excess of $27 billion from its inception in 1995.
