Dana Cowin, creative director at Chefs Club International, oversees culinary curation and visiting chef events for this innovative restaurant group with locations in Aspen, Colorado, and New York City. In this role, Cowin advances Chefs Clubs’ mission of showcasing (on the restaurant’s daily menu) the most memorable and relevant dishes from the best chefs around the country and the world.
