Daniel Grossmann

Daniel Grossmann, acting as representative of Next! Consulting SPRL, joined Verlinvest in 2007 with a strong legal, operational and financial background. Daniel primarily manages Verlinvest investments in the consumer services and digital sectors, and heads the company’s developments in Asia. He has solid deal-making and portfolio company management experience. He regularly serves as board director or observer. Daniel started his professional career as a lawyer in Digital, Media and Technology (Allen & Overy), prior to joining a private equity firm focused on offline/online specialty retail investments (G Partners). He then assisted a leading mezzanine fund (Mezzanine Investments) to restructure one of its US investments, heading a variety of global marketing and operational initiatives as Executive Vice-President. Daniel holds a license in law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and complemented his education in corporate finance at the London Business School.
