Following early stints in technology development roles with large telecom companies such as Pacific Bell, Darrell was President/CEO of Creative Computer Solutions, Inc. an Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relations Management software provider. Here he developed and directed all strategic initiatives including Customer Service, Training, Professional Services, Operations, and Software Development. As Principal Consultant at Taydan, LLC he was responsible for IT/ERP Solutions, Project/Program Management, Customer Support, Education and Training, Professional Services, Operational and Organizational Development, and Vendor Relationship Management.
