Dave Kennedy is an owner and board member at Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas, he has played an integral role in the national expansion of the brand. Kennedy oversees Alamo’s new theater and franchisee development department. Since 1999, Dave has been a private equity investor in Vinyl Me Please, QuinStreet, Comfort Keepers, Digney York, NMCR and Critical Watch. In 1996, Dave co-founded the predecessor company to Match.com (sold to TMCS in 1999) and served as President of Match.com in 1999. From 1988 to 1996, he was a Senior Manager and CPA at Deloitte and Touche. He earned a BBA at UT Austin and a MBA from Southern Methodist University.
