He contributed to the Human Genome Project at Washington University in Saint Louis, co-developed the first comprehensive atlas of human transcription factor genes, and is founder and COO of Cofactor Genomics (YC S15), where he has led the development of RNA- and machine-learning-based diagnostics and their clinical application.
