Dave Peery is the founder of Salto Capital, a venture philanthropy organization based in Asunción, Paraguay. Salto Capital invests in the best leaders and ideas in Paraguay through grants, investments, and scholarships. He is a co-founder of MuCi: Museo de Ciencias - Paraguay’s first interactive science museum and planetarium - and a founder of Lapacho Fund, an organization that enables nonprofit organizations in Paraguay to access philanthropic capital in the United States. Finally, Dave serves as President of the Peery Foundation, a private family foundation based in Palo Alto, California. The Peery Foundation invests in and serves social entrepreneurs and leading organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area and around the world.
