David Bookbinder is a co-founder of Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund, Pinova Holdings, Inc., Marsulex Inc., and SPI Polyols, Inc. During his career spanning more than 25 years Mr. Bookbinder has identified and closed many investment opportunities and subsequently realized them through private and public sales.
