Mr. Chen serves as our President. He was one of the Co-Founders of VanceInfo, and previously served as Vice Chairman & President at Vanceinfo, where he oversaw strategy and daily operations since 2001. Prior to co-founding VanceInfo, Mr. Chen held consulting and technology positions including Product Marketing Manager at IBM/Crosswords, Management Consultant at the KPMG Strategic Consulting Group, and Software Engineer in Oracle’s ERP product group. Mr. Chen received a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tongji University, China.
