Dave leads the global Webex Calling support strategy in the Cisco Global CX Engine team. He led the worldwide support for BroadSoft for 12 years until BroadSoft was acquired by Cisco in early 2018. Dave’s responsibility has been to integrate that team into the overall Cisco into the Cloud TAC without any disruption to customers while continually monitoring and improving customer satisfaction. His team provides support for Webex Calling, BroadCloud, BroadWorks, Webex for BroadWorks, for major telco service providers around the world. He has a passion to see delighted and thriving Cisco customers, apply innovative ideas with emerging technologies, creating positive customer experiences, and serving others in the community and around the world to make the world a better place!
