David Greschler comes from a background of startup success. He founded and sold two startups (including Softricity, which was acquired by Microsoft). With a background rich in technology, he previously worked at the MIT Media Lab and The Computer Museum. David believes that even a small shift in technology has the power to change the way people have done things for years. His first startup changed the way people delivered software - this time he's changing the way people deliver spectacular customer service.
