David H. Wasserman

Wasserman has been with CD&R for 21 years. He led the Firm’s investments in Capco, Hertz, ServiceMaster, Sirius, SiteOne Landscape Supply, Solenis, TRANZACT, and Univar. He also helped establish CD&R’s joint venture in India. Before joining CD&R, Wasserman worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. in the principal investment area and as a management consultant at Monitor Company.
