Mr. David H. Waterman has over 33 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, finance and general management. Prior to co-founding DeltaPoint in 1996, Mr. Waterman was Executive Managing Director of Capital Formation Group, an investment banking and mergers and acquisitions advisory firm co-founded by Mr. Waterman in 1992.
